Exercise

Children and young people should engage in moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity for an average of at least 30 to 60 minutes per day across the week. 

During these unprecedented times and in the event of any lockdown it is important that you continue to stay as physically active as possible. If you are looking to stay active in your home, there is some advice and suggestion below. The PE department are also providing daily challenges that they would like you to try.
