Academy Christmas Campaigns 2021

Academy Christmas Campaigns 2021

Find out about the campaigns we are supporting this Christmas and see how you can get involved.

In the lead up to Christmas and the end of term, we are proud to be supporting a number of campaigns and local charities for another year. We ask for your support in championing these initiatives.

Christmas Jumper Day - Friday 10th December

Please wear your best Christmas jumper in to school and use the link below to donate your £1 or more to support Save the Children UK and the fantastic work they do. Christmas jumpers can replace academy blazers on this day, however, all other uniform items remain compulsory. We are aiming to go cashless this year, and so online donations are much appreciated.

To donate, please visit our JustGiving page HERE

Care 4 Christmas on Sheppey - Donations accepted until Thursday 16th December

We are proud to support local charity 'Care 4 Christmas on Sheppey' for another year. They are a local organisation who support those who are lonely or in need over the festive period by providing food, presents and transport to families and individuals. We are asking our staff and students to donate non-perishable food items, unwanted gifts, toiletries etc. which will be made into parcels and distributed to those in need in our local community. Please drop all donations in to the reception of either campus, and do so by Thursday 16th December. All donations are greatly appreciated.

12 Days of Christmas Attendance rewards - Running until Friday 17th December

Since Monday 6th December, our 12 Days of Christmas campaign has been running to reward those students who have reached 100% attendance this term. Prize winners are announced each day during period 5 and students must be in school every day until end of term to be eligible to win. If you are on your way to achieving 100% attendance, make sure you keep it up to claim your prizes.

As always, we thank parents and carers, staff, students and our community for your continued support and wish a very Happy Christmas to those families celebrating.
